Yes I do still run....once in awhile. Things have been a tad crazy with the new babe and the ailing wife. But I did get out on the trails for 7 miles today at lunch time. Surprisingly I saw no deer today. I did scare the heck out of some women walking her dog when I came up behind her on the trail. Other than that it was an uneventful run. Wore my new Asics Trail Attack running shoes.
Better be careful or you are going to get maced! Everyone thinks everyone is a bad guy these days!
