A 50 mile race in the central-westeren part of Maryland.<BR/>It's run on the appilachian trail and C & O Canal tow-path. the race is the saturday before Thanksgiving. Hence the increased running mileage...I'm not sure what I've gotten myself into.<BR/><BR/>Don't be-little your 2 miles. You are doing something.
