Today's Workouts
8 mile run this morning with a quick stop at one of the city pools at mile 5.5 for a 300 meter swim. Cold water. Wore my Asics DS Trainer running shoes.
No but i do wear special shorts (triathlon shorts) that you can run, swim and bike in. I am such a lousy swimmer that i would drown if i tried to swim in my running shoes.
That's not really me, I just pirated that off the inernet. I have made such a nuisance of myself under my real name that I have to mask my actual identity in public.
Do you swim in those too?
