Explain to them how checking, savings, mortgage and credit card accounts work.
Take them shopping with you, even though that can be a nightmare, and show them how to shop frugally and how to comparison shop.
Open a savings account for them. Online banks, like Capital One 360, have $1.00 minimums and pay better rates than traditional banks.
Teach them to be charitable and how to tithe their money and time.
Teach about 'wants' vs, 'needs'.
