A short run or two each day this week. Nothing special. 6 miles today at lunch time. I need to start picking my mileage back up or eating less. My body shape is changing and not for the better I'd say. Well you be the judge. Sam took this picture of me yesterday.

When you start running more again can I have that shirt? I know it will go great with my running shorts when I huffnpuff my way through the Belmont Abbey (free!) fun run one miler this weekend. I think it will fit too- if I give up the twinkies before the run!

It's this weekend... I am scared stiff. I think I will just jog it myself instead of trying to push the stroller with the twins and the baby pirate in the jump seat- maybe I can keep jogging past the one HALF mile mark if I do it all by myself. *heavy sigh* You know how it is- you just don't want to be the last one in- when all those little kids are walking and jogging past you...I know you have no idea what I am talking about! Sam, pray for me!
