Today's Workouts

Saturday-10 mile run. First double digit run in about 9 weeks do to the stupid hip injury. Speaking of which it is slowing getting better. Been going every Friday to have deep tissue massage on my hip/groin area. I'm pretty sure myself and the frosted-haired massage therapist that is working on the hip are engaged now.

Sunday-4.41 mile run with a short swim in the middle.
