4.5 mile easy run this morning wearing my new END OTG running shoes. END is some tree hugger shoe company that tries to make sures that are Environmentally Neutral. Personally I think the soles of the shoes looked quite a bit like baby seals and I'm pretty sure the shoelaces were made of polar bear gut. But I could be wrong...
