Today's Workouts

7 mile run on the trails wearing my Asics Attack Trail running shoes. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, again, the weather here in Maryland is still incredible. 84° and sunny, low humidity and a nice breeze. No global warming here Mr Tree-Huggers.

The only downer was the lame wildlife count: 1 lousy woodchuck
