Today's Workouts
Yes I do still run....once in awhile. Things have been a tad crazy with the new babe and the ailing wife. But I did get out on the trails for 7 miles today at lunch time. Surprisingly I saw no deer today. I did scare the heck out of some women walking her dog when I came up behind her on the trail. Other than that it was an uneventful run. Wore my new Asics Trail Attack running shoes.
