Today's Workouts
Lunch time run of 11 miles. 90 degrees and humid. Legs were pretty sore and tight from yesterday's 23 miles. I probably looked like a geezer running for the first 4 miles or so. After that my legs loosened up and the rest of the run was pretty good.

Just so you know, Rafael Nadal is now the number one tennis player in the world after his win in the quarterfinals at Cincinnati today. So now the Spanish are number one in cycling, soccer and tennis. What's next?? Basketball?

Well I'm thinking the US and all our over-payed B-Ball players might actually play as a team and win the gold this year.
Good news on Nadal, he deserves it, it's been a great year for him
