So, I just gotta know...do you not sweat? Because If I ran at lunch there'd be no where I could go without a shower...especially not back to work...do you work at a place with a shower? OK, to be honest I only run if being chased. Do you eat while running? Do you not eat? Inquiring minds want to know.
Yeah i sweat big time. For the past 2 years the places I've worked at have had showers. Before that I would just try and towel off in the bathroom some. It kept my co-workers from bugging me in the afternoons ;)
I don't eat during running. I drink a lot of sports drink and sometimes I'll have a powerbar or some gummi bears on my long runs. But usually just liquids
