Use your library. Do you really need to own the latest romance novel or Hollywood blockbuster?
Go to the library and check it out for free. Or better yet have your spouse go like I do.
I am guilty of buying books and DVDs that I could probably just borrow from the library or rent from Red Box. We buy a handful of DVDs each year. In my defense it is cheaper to buy a DVD for $15 than it is to take 15 people to the movie theater. But checking out the DVD from the library costs zero dollars, at least at ours it does.
