Today's Workouts

4.3 mile run at lunch. Nice warm day out there. Still feels like summer! Boo on school starting back up!

OK ... when you run a measly 4 miles, does it just seem so very beneath your abilities?????

A marathon today and just a little 4 mile sprint the day before.

Actually the short runs sometimes hurt worse than the longer ones. the short ones are run at an easy pace and are done to loosen up my legs. But I'm so beat up by the long runs that they hurt.
When I have fresh legs anything up to 20 miles is not to bad at this point in my trainingo
