Today's Workouts
15 mile run for breakfast. Overall pace 8:35...a little off but not too bad for an old guy. First 12 miles 8:40 pace - blah Last 3 miles 8:19 pace. So at least I was getting stronger at the end. Knee felt twingy but ok
