Today's Workouts

52 miles cycling around lunch time. No I don't normally get that long for lunch but it was great out today. Sunny and 75.

Lady Catherine that's around 83.5 kilometers.

Decided to give my sore achilles a break from running. Cycling doesn't bother it.

Add around 100/150 kms on road and you'll be ready for one "stage" (is it the good word?)in the Tour de France. Don't forget non allowed products : )
