It must be date night.
The 20th of each month is date night (we were hitched on May 20th).
Unfortunately the 5 oldest kids are at various places for the weekend and I'm too cheap to pay for a babysitter. That means we are stuck - I mean blessed with the 6 younger kids.
So date night will consist of putting the kids to bed early and then watching a movie together and eating ice cream.

If I lived closer I'd volunteer to babysit. It's the thought that counts right? Have a nice evening. And for you and Mrs. to be able to get your kids to go to bed early ... well that's amazing, what's your secret? We've tried and it doesn't work, well at least not yet :-)
Maybe bring in something special.
In out house we are having Camp Rock night. In case you were wondering ... the new Disney film (like HS Musical). For us that means extra girls and extra screeching.
